Our Policy
As each bracelet is handcrafted with natural, genuine stones, we take great care in preparing every order. Due to the personal and handmade nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or is significantly different from what was ordered.
Damaged Items
If your bracelet arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include clear photographs of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no extra cost.
Natural Variations
Please note that natural stones vary in colour, tone, and pattern. These differences are a characteristic of genuine stones and are not considered defects. Minor variations between the product image and the actual item are to be expected.
Repairs & Restringing
If your bracelet breaks over time due to normal wear, please contact us. We may be able to restring your bracelet for a small fee.
